Historic Atkins Porter Neighborhood Association

The purpose of the Historic Atkins Porter Neighborhood Association (HAPNA) is to improve the quality of life in the neighborhood, provide neighborhood support, and promote opportunities to participate in the civic life of the community.

-About the Board-

HAPNA Board members, elected each October, serve a one-year term.

The current board members are:

  • Vice-President: Julie Leach
  • Treasurer: Annette Douglas
  • Secretary: Connor Courtemanche

  • John Myers

-About the Meetings-

HAPNA Board members, elected each October, serve a one-year term. HAPNA holds meetings at the botanical garden, 311 Jackson Street, at 6:30 PM. Neighborhood meeting dates for 2024 are April 9, June 11, and September 10.


-About the Neighborhood-



Atkins Porter is a lovely, historic neighborhood in Paris, TN. The boundaries of the neighborhood are East Wood Street, Tyson Avenue and Veterans Drive.
