Historic Atkins Porter Neighborhood Association

The purpose of the Historic Atkins Porter Neighborhood Association (HAPNA)  is to improve the quality of life in the neighborhood, provide neighborhood support, and promote opportunities to participate in the civic life of the community.

About the board:

HAPNA Board members, elected each October, serve a one-year term. The current board members are:

About the Meetings
Meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. During March – November, these monthly meetings are held at the HAPNA Botanical Garden at 311 Jackson Street. January and February meetings are held at the Old Five and Dime Event Center on North Washington Street in Downtown Paris. HAPNA does not meet in December. Meetings include introductions, committee reports, upcoming events and sometimes a guest speaker.

About the Neighborhood
Atkins Porter is a lovely, historic neighborhood in Paris, TN. The boundaries of the neighborhood are East Wood Street, Tyson Avenue and Veterans Drive.
