Historic Atkins Porter Neighborhood Association

The purpose of the Historic Atkins Porter Neighborhood Association (HAPNA)  is to improve the quality of life in the neighborhood, provide neighborhood support, and promote opportunities to participate in the civic life of the community.

About the board:

HAPNA Board members, elected each October, serve a one-year term. The current board members are:

About the Meetings
HAPNA holds meetings at the botanical garden, 311 Jackson Street, at 6:30 PM every other month (March, May, July, September, November, January) The January meeting is held at The Old Paris 5 & 10 an Event Center, North Washington Street, Paris, TN. Meetings include introductions, committee reports, upcoming events, ideas to be considered and often a guest speaker. 

About the Neighborhood
Atkins Porter is a lovely, historic neighborhood in Paris, TN. The boundaries of the neighborhood are East Wood Street, Tyson Avenue and Veterans Drive.
