The Historic Atkins-Porter Neighborhood Association is dedicated to preserving the history, integrity, safety and sense of community of the Atkins-Porter neighborhood. The group holds monthly meetings at the botanical garden, 311 Jackson St. on the third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm.

Stock up on some yummy candy for Halloween and enjoy the show as hundreds of costumed children visit the AP Neighborhood on All Hallows’ Eve.

– The GIFT OF LIGHT begins in the HAPNA neighborhood! Drive through and try to decide who will win the coveted BPU awards for HAPNA’s Annual
