The Historic Atkins Porter Neighborhood. The group holds meetings at the botanical garden, 311 Jackson Street, 6:30 PM every other month on the third Tuesday (March, May, July, September, November, January) . The January meeting is held at The Old Paris 5 & 10 an Event Center, North Washington Street, Paris, TN.

Atkins-Porter Neighborhood Gift of Light
Evenings, December 10 – 31
Many neighbors deck their homes and lawns for your enjoyment during HAPNA’S GIFT OF LIGHT! Drive or stroll through the neighborhood and enjoy the colorful lights, inflatables and even music. Several of these homes will win one of the coveted, BPU Awards for HAPNA’s Annual Lighting Contest.

Judging and Awards Presentation for HAPNA Lighting Contest
Evenings, December 16 and 17
Christmas light judging is December 16, with awards presented on December 17 by our sponsor, Board of Public Utilities! All homes with lights will be considered. No need to enter. Good luck and thank you to all who decorate their homes for HAPNA’s Gift of Light.
